Now that you are ready to commit to reaching you fitness goals, it is time to schedule regular appointments and invest in multiple training sessions. Regular scheduled workouts with a trainer will hold you accountable, accelerate your fitness progress and ensure that you are exercising with proper form, technique and intensity.

If you are not in need of a formal program and you just need an hour of my time to help answer specific training questions, fine tune your program to help you break through those sticking points, fitness assessment, or equipment selection, then this service is for you

If you must cancel a session you must give 48 hour notice, or you will be charged for the full session.

Class Policy
All Classes Start on time
If you must cancel a session you must give 24 hournotice by  logging online to YOUR schedule to cancel, or you will be charged for the full session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session and have not contacted the studio, you may lose your session and will be charged for that session!
All sessions/class cards must be paid for in advance.
